Join us for an evening of Country Japanese food in four courses.
Sarah Gavigan will be joined in the kitchen by Chef William Gentry, formerly the Sous Chef at Tayst. Exact details on the menu will be announced closer to the date.
COURSES:
Pickle Plate: local seasonal vegetables pickled in japanese tradition
Starter Plate: small plate starters in the Izakaya tradition
RAMEN: Pork Tonkotsu or Corn Vegi Ramen (PLEASE make sure to indicate which ramen as you check out)
DESSERT: a sweet ending to a unique meal
We are very excited to be serving at SILO in Germantown. The bar staff will be preparing some special cocktails for the event as well as offering beer and sake, on top of the full bar.
Seatings will be 1 hr and :15 minutes each to allow us to accomodate everyone. Please be aware that there are three seatings as indicated above.
